E.    PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The legal basis of the processing of your data, collected and stored upon compilation of this form, is your consent. Data is processed for the following purposes: request for information*, newsletter subscription*, marketing activities

F.    DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the scope of the indicated data processing purposes, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting companies, private companies, and Processors nominated by the Controller. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. Data Controllers and Processors are identified in the Privacy Policy, which is updated on a regular basis.

G.   DATA TRANSFER ABROAD: The data collected will not be transferred to other countries.

H.   RETENTION PERIOD: The data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the purposes for which it is processed (“purpose limitation” principle, art. 5, GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines set out by law. Regular checks are performed on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected.

I.     RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: At any time, you have the right to ask the Controller to access your personal data, rectify it, cancel it, limit or object to its processing, request its portability, or revoke your consent to its processing. These and the other rights provided by the GDPR can be exercised by notifying the Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

J.     MANDATORY NATURE OF CONSENT: This is to inform you that the provision of your data is optional for some fields, while for others (marked by an asterisk) it is compulsory, and failure to provide it results in the form not being submitted.

K.    DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the regulations mentioned above and with the Controller’s obligations to confidentiality. The data will be processed in electronic, hard copy and any other suitable format in compliance with the appropriate technical and organisational security measures provided by the GDPR.
