A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: AGRICOLA GRAINS S.p.A. will process your personal data, such as:

a. Data collected automatically (browsing data). During their normal operation, the computer systems and applications supporting this website collect some data potentially associated with identifiable users. F. DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the scope of the indicated data processing purposes, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting companies, private companies, Processors nominated by the Controller, to comply with legal obligations or with your specific requests. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. Data Controllers and Processors are identified in the Privacy Policy, which is updated on a regular basis.

G. DATA TRANSFER ABROAD: The data collected is not transferred to other countries.

H.  RETENTION PERIOD: The data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the purposes for which it is processed (“purpose limitation” principle, art. 5, GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines set out by law. Regular checks are performed on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected.

I. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: At any time, you have the right to ask the Controller to access your personal data, rectify it, cancel it, limit or object to its processing, request its portability, or revoke your consent to its processing. These and the other rights provided by the GDPR can be exercised by notifying the Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

J. MANDATORY NATURE OF CONSENT: The provision of your data is mandatory when navigating our website with regards to points E.1 and E.2 of the above-mentioned purposes for the service to be provided. The provision of your data with regards to points E.3 and E.4 is optional, and it shall not affect the provision of the service in any way.

K. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the regulations mentioned above and with the Controller’s obligations to confidentiality. The data will be processed in electronic, hard copy and any other suitable format in compliance with the appropriate security measures, pursuant to art. 5 par. 1 letter F) of the GDPR.
